Back-to-back titles for Priyan de Mel

Priyan de Mel has won Leg 1 of the 2010 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour, becoming the first player to win back-to- back £1,000 main events. The Londoner defeated a field of 146 players at the G Casino in Bolton to take home £44,600 and the first of new tour sponsor gcasino.com's stylish trophies. Former Republic of Ireland footballer has won his second GUKPT title by winning the 2009 Grand Final at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London and scooping the first prize of £168,800. He defeated Frenchman Antoine Arnault heads up to take the trophy in the tour's premier tournament.
